Try this all-level class to practice to observe your body with neutral attitude - exercise self-compassion and boost self-confidence.

Classes start with breathwork and intention setting, followed by clothes-free movement in front of a mirror with pauses for mental exercises where we consciously change our view and our attitude towards the body. The class ends with guided relaxation.
